• The BCAR Home Tour occurs weekly as follows:
• Area 1 - Maryville City
• Area 2 - Alcoa City
• Area 3 - Rockford / Wildwood / Seymour
• Area 4 - Walland Area
• Area 5 - Townsend / Six Mile / Happy Valley
• Area 6 - Friendsville / Louisville
• Area 7 - Loundon County / Greenback / Monroe County / Vonore
• Area 8 - South Blount / Lanier
• Area 9 - Chilhowee View
• A compiled list of properties on the BCAR Home Tour is sent to 398 area real estate agents as an invitation to view the open houses, as well as all important information regarding the properties.
